Task Bar Hero (TBH) is a free idle RPG you play right in your browser — no download, no install, no sign-up. Your heroes fight and gather loot on their own, so the game keeps playing even when you're doing something else. Your job isn't to click through every fight; it's to gear your heroes up and decide where they go next.
In a traditional RPG you steer every attack. In an idle (or "incremental") RPG, combat runs automatically. Task Bar Hero is an auto-battler at heart: heroes clear wave after wave of enemies, earn gold and experience, and drop equipment without any input from you. Leave the tab open and watch the numbers climb, or come back later to a pile of rewards.
The part that makes TBH an idle game is offline progress. Close the tab and your heroes keep earning — when you return, the game tallies up everything they fought for while you were gone and hands it over in a welcome-back reward. Every run drops equipment across five rarities, from Common to Mythic, each carrying affixes that shape how your heroes perform.
